Re: Flamingo Land Coast - New plans revealed for UK Indoor P
Yes - "Come to this indoor park any weather" - even though the only two rides are outside.
Suicide Squad. Don't believe all the negativity. Sure, it's not ground breaking, but it's a hell of a fun ride, a fast paced action filled film. It's basically like the final battle of any modern superhero film, but if it was the entire movie.
Re: Hersheypark teaser for 2017
The kissing tower has no relevance to the product beyond the shape of the windows. Is that any different? It's no different as having a park logo at the top of the tower. And plus it corresponds with their ticket system, with the different height restriction...
Re: Hersheypark teaser for 2017
I think it's a great addition. Basically caters for everyone - thrilling family ride, beginners thrill and full thrill. Pretty cool. And it looks like they're using the new S&S cars - do they spin like a gyro tower? Can they?
You could do it, if you out the room on track rather than supports. Let's say you have the square ends of the room, with wheels attached, and a loop track that went around the box. The wheels would be on the loop, and the box will simply go upside down, as it's like going through a loop. No need...
I can't see either a dive or a hyper coming to the park, purely because the main gimmick of them - vertical drop and being over 200ft - has already been done at the park with Saw and Stealth.
Nice to see someone is benefitting from this. "What, the coaster at the same park I was injured at has crashed? Better tell everyone my story there from 3 years ago! Who cares about the conditions of the people involved in this accident?"
Seriously though, can someone actually explain this log...
Infusion - a typical SLC that beats you up, but it's not bad if you sit in the right seat, and it looks amazing over the water. Easily my favourite looking SLC.
Rage (Southend) - again, a typical Euro Fighter, but it was my first (and so far only) euro fighter and a pretty decent big coaster...
I don't know how rare this is, but the rarest I've got was today: the Tub Twist at Joyland, Great Yarmouth. Not only a kiddie coaster, but also the last remaining Virginia Reel.
Section between MCBR and Corkscrew on Anaconda at KD:
"But we have loads of track painted and ready to go! How can we fit it in there?"
"Just......just make it a twisty bit"
"But they're not all turns!"
"Doesn't matter! Just......bend them as much as you can'"
Sequoia Adventure, Gardaland...
