Wow, both those original designs are incredible! Such a shame they didn't follow through with the mad house ideas. It's currently one of the weaker rides at the park and all those effects could have raised it up to the typical Phantasialand level IMO.

Thunderbird is amazing. Even if Fenix was launched though, it'd still be tame and nothing like Thunderbird because it's at family-friendly Tover.

I purposefully avoided Legoland as I just can't stand them any more. Would have done Bollywood if I'd had time so kind of glad I didn't bother now, thanks. Motiongate is a nice park - it's just so weird seeing somewhere like that with so few guests. The lack of atmosphere really killed it...

They need to do something. I still haven't ridden it yet because we didn't want to stand in the three hour long queue on my last visit (went with someone with a dodgy back). We weren't the only people being put off.

The coaster line-up is 'adequate' but as a park experience, I've always had a great time at Gardaland. The weather's always nice, there are some lovely green areas, the restaurants are really kookie, the western area is well themed, there's a fab long dark ride and a stupid low budget mad...
