Maybe it didn't help that my last visit was on a gloomy october day last year, but I still felt like the ''bad'' stuff distracted me too much from the actual overall theme of the areas I mentioned. As I said I like the themes they did for some bits of the park, like Lost Gravity for example...
Gotta disagree with you on that one.
The way they "updated" the Zero Zone area near Lost Gravity and the flume ride was dreadfull, the graffiti everywhere made it a huge mess.. It's a cool theme as well but just very poorly executed.
W.A.B. Plaza and the kids area next to it are also bad, but...
Bright colours, random junk and shipping containers again😖
Concept art for Eat My Dust's station and the food and toilet buildings.
The Zamperla Magic Bikes, called Windseekers.

Allllllright then. Walibi's Raptor will no longer open on the 30th of March 2024, as was mentioned in the leaked memo from last spring. Opening is now slated for early 2025. However, there is also some positive news... (drumroll please)
It will be a unique layout, with two different coasters...
Small construction update from the park, nothing we didn't know already.
The name of the coaster is now confirmed to be Eat My Dust. Fits with the theme but sounds horrendous.

Yup, those are very fair points. Didn't mean to imply I think it would be a bad theme, I'm just mildly sceptical if this is the right theme for such an important attraction for the park. It REALLY lacks a launch coaster, preferably a family oriented one so this one needs to be a home run.
The...
Even though I'm confident the Efteling team would've done this brilliantly, I can't help but feel that it's not the right theme to go for with such a big expansion. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like circuses aren't all that relevant to the younger generation anymore. I'm 22 and I've never seen...
Walibi has put up a big sign announcing the new area and the coaster. The area will be called Speed Zone OFF-ROAD, and has a dirt racing theme. I think it's quite a nice theme, and fits well with the current Speed Zone area. No name or stats whatsoever, but the park has now confirmed they're...
As far as I know they won't be adding any more Titan track as of now. The entire layout will however be refurbished and upgraded to the Iron Wood over the coming 3 years. Maybe in the distant future the entire thing could eventually become Titan track, depending on how the Iron Wood fares.
Today Toverland welcomed their 1.000.000th visitor for this year, a great achievement for the family owned park. Their previous highest number of visitors in a year was 862.000 (2019), so they absolutely smashed that record this year. Yay Toverland...
Could this maybe be a system designed to increase ride capacity? I feel like if you had a dual loading station with this thing right after it it could maybe be quite a quick dispatch system
A launch coaster seems a bit of a stretch with the small footprint of the proposed land for the new area, but maybe Mack could do a Big Dipper with a vertical launch like the new coaster at Europa Park. Otherwise I don't see a launch coaster happening any time soon.
Maybe a spinning coaster by...
Could Jungle Rush be a similar coaster type to Big Bear Mountain at Dollywood? I sort of get the feeling that this is a new ride type by Vekoma, large scale family coasters with loads of possibilities layout-wise. The trains on the concept art look quite similar to the BBM train presented at...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the Zero-G roll was going over the entrance pathway into the area? I was expecting a bit more height in it to be honest🤔
