I suspect they are waiting to be forced. Unfortunately, the 'wooly' government announcement yesterday puts a lot of uncertainty on the leisure industry. I have read that they will only be able to claim insurance if forced to close.

They will lose money... End of. Not open = no income. However there will still be wages to pay and in some theme parks significant debt interest which wont be going away any time soon.
Wouldn't surprise me at all. RCS work to very tight schedules and the fact they were pouring concrete and placing footers whilst RCS were onsite meant one issue or delay would put RCS back a lot.

This was only ever an inquiry. HSE will still be prosecuting so a fine is on its way not to mention whether the family will have any grounds to press charges.

Great video, but already quite out of date. Crane on site and staff have posted videos on Instagram of the first bits of track going in. I suspect another couple of weeks and the site will be unrecognisable! Thing are really hotting up!
