I've been OBSESSED with this band ever since I caught their set at Levitation 2021 in Austin. Just really incredible post-punk/goth rock from Dallas area. They dropped a new album on the 3rd too, if anyone is interested.

It's currently SWSA for me since I'm a roughly 3 hour drive from San Antonio, and anytime I'm interested in doing a day trip out there I'd rather just go to Fiesta Texas. Plus SeaWorld always seems so overpriced, and the conditions for some of the animals always was a little off-putting for me...

I've been trying to watch a bunch of horror/Halloween-themed movies for October. I haven't been able to watch too many since the month started, but here's what I managed so far: The Woman in Black (2012) - It's really cool that Hammer is still making these kinds of gothic horror movies...

I guess I'd say Wild Eagle. It's pretty mild when I think about it, but I really love the first drop, the sense of speed, and the beautiful wooded setting. It curls my toes. Cheetah Hunt also comes to mind.

The Gringotts ride at Universal comes to mind. A lightly-themed indoor rollercoaster would have been a million times better than what we got. Even if they wanted it to primarily be a screen ride, I think it could have been done a lot better.

I don't think that one really counts. It's named after a local cryptid, not a literal devil. Kinda like a tasmanian devil (except that one is a real animal)

Are there really that many rollercoasters named after demons? All I can think of is Leviathan and the generically named Demon at each Great America park
