The Tower of Terror one? Hah, it's from the official English Disneyland Twitter account. https://twitter.com/DisneyParis_EN
All the media expo announcements are on there. Except for the Tower of Terror announcement nothing really seems to be much of a surprise. Just a lot of shows, some artwork...
Indeed I think people are forgetting this when they always mention the number of roller coasters. Madness.
Some seem to be a very duplicate type of experience. Not sure why they bothered with so many.
Also Vekoma managing to sell another standard SLC layout to them? ?
I doubt it because I don't believe the new series has been streamed outside of the USA. CBS All Access seems to be very limited. It's possible I guess, if they are thinking of using the new stories etc. for the Hollywood Studios ride too but I doubt anyone in Europe would associate anyone but...
Sounds like it is permanent going by DisneyParis_En's Twitter account. Think it would be too costly to shove 3 new story lines into Tower of Terror without making fundamental changes just for Halloween.
But like I said, I'd be interested to hear if Rod Serling etc are still in the actual ride...
?
Loopings have reported that Tower of Terror will be called: Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: A New Dimension of Chills.
It will feature 3 new "story lines" from 28th September onwards:
The Malevolent Machine
The Shaft Creatures
The 5th Dimension
All stories are based on a little girl gone...
The over head shoulder restraints and lapbars that come down over your head indeed probably confuses people. If this coaster has shoulder ear bashing restraints it will be a terrible wasted opportunity and no point riding this over Colossus.
But I already think this coaster is just not going to...
Well here to dissect:
I've only ridden Odyssey at Fantasy Island in addition to Infusion of the SLCs in the UK. Hands down far, far better though. It is notably smoother I'd say and a far more interesting layout with a big mega drop. I think one of the problems with the standard SLC is the...

No one gave a crap about that kid once he was out of critical condition. Meanwhile the damage to the park was done.
There were maybe 150 cars at the park at most when I was there and we arrived latish. (late June before my Europe coaster trip) and that on a Sunday with good weather. Everything...
A lot of opportunity at that place from what I saw, tonnes of land it seems and some sites where it looked like there used to be flat rides. I found Ultimate very rough so it would be indeed a great RMC contender or just a complete retrack with maybe some Vekoma tracks and trains. Definitely...
Hopefully this answers your first point. As for the second point, sure there isn't much space for mainly the lift hill and station, I obviously accept that.
Looks like track for a family suspended to me. The booster part with the larger steel casing underneath matches a suspended more than a boomerang. The inclined block break could mean it is the first family suspended with more than 1 train and probably a custom track. I still think there is a big...
Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror at Disney Paris is a stunning experience, but only in English for me. (If it weren't there they should close the entire studios park for now, there's hardly anything else to do without Rock N Roller coaster! - Also I don't understand why they can't have a dedicated...
Isn't that just a part of FLY but further in the distance? Presumably that white building is close to the back of the area where that part of the track is.
IF there is a second coaster, a Vekoma family suspended one would make sense to make this a similar setup as Taron and Raik.
The park has declared that it has received about 75 million PLN (around €17million) from EU subsidies mostly to construct the park.
https://energylandia.pl/en/about-us/subsidies/
To put that in perspective however, the Northern Irish Film Industry has received about the same amount of money...
Someone commented on on one of my videos that it would indeed have a splash down section a few weeks ago. That statement is turning out to be true going by that image. Looks legit.
I know for a fact that the local construction contractors who worked on Zadra are starting on this and the coaster...
Weird how the council's problem wasn't with the 200ft top hat but with the rest of a relatively low to the ground run out. Perhaps some of these UK councils should be more critical of the actions they have taken themselves rather than what others want to do. Many councils have objected to tonnes...
The lack of competition can't be a good thing for all three parks. I've never understood why the coaster line up at Chessington is so poor and how they get away with that. I've thus never wanted to visit. 1 spinning coaster this side of the millennium. And that at a "theme park" closest to the...
I don't understand why anyone would want a ride themed with Derren Brown. He just comes across like a gimmicky conman to me. His stupid lottery prediction trick was literally replicated by someone at home with a single camera in a bedroom on Youtube and it actually looked better the day after...
