Well, on Saturday it is midsummer, which is a national holiday. Some people may start their summer vacation earlier, but usually people start it on Thurs/Friday. Schools end next week here, so I fully expect the park to be filled with 8-13 year olds on Taiga's opening day the 18th. However...

Yes, it is confirmed. At the entrance to Taiga they have a small sign that says that you can jump on Taiga's wings on 18.6, and outside the park they have a large poster advertising it, aswell as stating that it will open then.

Thanks for the replies guys. But; I feel as we can celebrate the fact that the trains will be the newer, Taron style with the ots lapbars. And with the eagle in the front, it really is a copy of Taron (with the bull-esc creature on Taron)

That's quite the train... I was not expecting a two car train, so this caught me off guard. Atleast the restraints are the same as on Taron!

A new episode of the Taiga-series has been released! Sadly, we didn't get anything new this time either. Aside from the fact that about half of Linnanmäki's visitors are kids, so they are focusing heavily on safety (wow shocker).

I have to agree. Linnanmäki's marketing/hypeup for Taiga has been a disaster. Let's hope that they atleast give us a proper POV when it starts testing...
