Yes, you are correct.
This is because Faraday's law of induction. TL;DR the faster something conductive (the fins on the train) move trough a magnetic field (general magnets, launches, brakes) the faster it will be decelerated. This is also why the brakes on launch coasters are extremely...
I was taking the train just now and we went past Powerpark. Can confirm that this "Pitts special" or whatever its name is is running with passengers.
Props to Powerpark for the single-worst opening of a new coaster- an instagram update[emoji849]

Sign me up for the Finland trip! With me living here, I haven't visited either Särkänniemi nor Powerpark in some time. This might be it!
Also, Liseberg just for us enthusiasts? Sign. Me. Up!
It was mostly just mumbo jumbo about that the following decade will be epic and filled with thrills, but that the site would be updated regularly with new information.

I really wanna thank Mr. Schilke for being one of the first to push coasters to their extreme with all the RMC coasters. Taiga is completely insane as us and Pantheon looks even more insane. I really can't wait for this coaster to open!

If they would implement a Takabisha-style midcourse, they would still have a problem. The old Junker already has a MCBR. I think they would most likely in this case just have it turned off/use it as trims if necessary.

This. They can also advertise it heavily as Finlands longest and possibly tallest with this. The gp will eat it up, and saying "Junker just got eeeven crazier" will drive the locals nuts.

Would it be possible to rename this thread to match all the others with Park/coaster/model instead of coaster/park/model? My ocd is hurting

Awesome! I'm just wondering how many banked turns that layout has. Really gives you food for thought if RMC is making a TURN towards more speed-heavy coasters (as seen by Zadra). Still, an awesome layout despite my concerns over the lack of traditional airtime-hills.
As someone whose homepark is Linnanmäki, let me tell ya something: Tulireki sucks. Yeah, the wild mouse type turns are just that: wild mouse-style turns with high laterals. As stated above, you need to have a bad layout to get the springs to work.
The first large drop is a prime example of...
About the restraints: I am certain that they will be the new otsr lap-bars, as seen on Taron and Duelling Dragons. Taiga uses them aswell, and during the media event Tobias from Intamin indirectly stated that those lap-bars are the new standard.

Not an apple watch, but I have never had any issues with my regular quartz watch. Just make sure it is secured to your wrist, so that it doesn't move and potentially cause a distraction.

1. Taiga-Linnanmäki
2. Wildfire-Kolmården
3. Incredible Hulk- Ioa
4. Dragon Challenge (both)- Ioa
5. Thunderbird- Powerpark
I wanted to share my top #5, since I don´t have many or so many well-known credits, but those that I do have I think are exceptional!
I feel the same way. I got to ride Wildfire a month ago. Sure, my mind was blown away the first ride, but after like ride #7 it kinda grew tame. Yes, the coaster is amazing and I understand the RMC hype, but I can't wrap my head around all the praise every coaster they build gets.
