This feels like an unpopular opinion but I'd say:
1. Helix (By a mile)
2. Blue Fire
3. Slinky Dog Dash
4. Star Trek
5. Icon
I've only been on Icon once but I really didn't care for it at all. I enjoyed STOE a lot. Probably had quite low expectations for it, but I enjoyed it and went for plenty...
I think for a specific Model it'd probably be B&M inverts, I think I've done 7, but in terms of re-rides I think it's probably Mack Megacoasters just because they're so re-rideable. I've only done 4 of them but I've done Blue Fire and Helix so many times it eclipses anything other than perhaps...
I agree that a Port Aventura Dive Coaster seems like the most likely, something big like the US ones would be a big draw in Europe I think, they look so impressive in pics.
Jubilee Odyssey cost so much because it's in a place with crazy winds and the ground is crappy for foundations so apparently the supports go as far underground as they are above. I grew up near there and remember all of it in the local papers about how hard and expensive it was to build it there...
Rise of the Resistance. They do so much in that ride. I strongly suggest not spoiling it for yourself by reading any more about it, just wait until you can experience it.
The recent rethemes based on IPs have all been hits in my opinion. I did Tower of Terror at DL and California Screamin', and then I've been back and done Guardians of The Galaxy and Incredicoaster and I actually prefer the new versions. GoTG is a whole new story, just set in that universe and...
Who cares if a bunch of white people don't have a problem with possible racism in an old film that a ride is based on? Clearly at least some black people do have a problem with it and maybe you should listen to them rather than explaining that they're wrong and actually the treatment of Dumbo is...
I'm really excited about this. I love Splash Mountain, but I'm looking forward to this. Princess and the Frog has some awesome music and a great aesthetic. Hopefully we'll get some Seven Dwarves Mine Train quality animatronics with it rather than new skins for the old ones (the DL ones are...
It makes sense to open coasters like Iron Gwazi when they can do a proper event rather than have all the press for it have social distancing and everyone in masks. Not sure how much harm it does having it standing there for a few months before it opens, can't imagine it's much other than the...
We haven't done many in the US but for my top five worldwide it'd be:
1. Ikaros at Grona Lund
2. Atmosfear at Liseberg
3. Apocalypse at Drayton Manor
4. Mystery Castle at Phantasialand
5. Zumanjaro at Great Adventure
I do love all the Tower of Terror Rides but they don't really feel like drop...
I've stayed in the Shark hotel a couple of times, and while I'm happy enough to stay there again when it's on a super cheap deal thanks to not having to drive in the morning and having the fastpass, I'll go buy a breakfast rather than having one of their free ones. So, so bad.
My wife and I tend to stay on-site whenever we can at theme parks, partly because of the travel convenience (so nice waking up and walking to the turnstiles or collapsing back into bed after a day in the park) but also because it's all a part of the experience. In the places we've been to...
I assume it's like what Disney do with WDW and Paris and the land has been bought just to stop development there that could interfere with what they want to do.

I think it's going to be like a Vekoma booster bike but a wing coaster, maybe with the ability to tilt forward or backward. The Surf part will come from it being like a Jetski. Imagine a preshow part where you're alongside water and it bobs up and down like youre floating, then it launches and...
Once construction starts I'll get really excited, but I mean like rides getting installed, if not I'll keep assuming it'll all fold and the land will be sold off for housing or warehouses.
I really hope in 4 years we have a CF live with Matt N as the guest of the honour there.

I just started using the logride app and realised I'm at 200, which means the last new ride I went on was my 200th. It was the bloody Dreamcatcher at Bobejaanland on the Coasterforce Live.
I thought it was a bit crap.
