I came across this on @thrilling_rides' Instagram story. Looks like there's a Mack train (that looks very similar to the Icon/Helix design) on one of Thorpe Park's new for '24 mugs. Could this be a small window into Hyperia's train design?
I think they said Thorpe's Sparkle Project is a 3 year thing. Given how it currently looks I'd be surprised if we didn't see a bit of a glow up in the next few years. If they painted it blue and gold and added theming to make it look like the original that'd be cracking. That's assuming they're...

This is very interesting, looks like water running through the (presumably) new plumbing? 🤔
That's a really cool concept. When it goes though the helix just before zero g roll backwards it sort of reminded me of the death roll thing (not Gwazi's) that crocodiles do to kill their prey.
That's great to hear about the imminent arrival of the trains and the suggested dispatch sequence. As you can see below Hyperia has also been confirmed to have a front row queue (as well as all the other info. I know not all of it is relevant to Hyperia but I thought you guys would find it...
Looks like Colossus's entrance will be getting a little more colour in addition to the yellow (plus all the other info). I'm quite pleased to hear this, the yellow was quite overpowering. I'm hoping for maybe some blue or something like the old entrance with the wood aesthetic returning to some...
Surely they could have just replaced the old launch with a more reliable launch system? I heard somewhere that the issue was the wooden structure and track of the launch moved more than a steel equivalent would have (I can't remember where I heard that from and don't know how true it is, someone...
It's nearly finished!

All that's remaining now is the crest of the lift hill that was recently assembled at ground level.

The lift hill crest is currently being assembled. I've heard people talking about a potential topping off on Monday but nothing official.

I think Peet meant Psyké Underground at Walibi Belgium. (Apologies if not)
Speaking of Psyké Underground, that ride is a perfect example of a Schwartzkopf Shuttle Loop refurbishment done right. It's such a shame that Knott's didn't also go with Gerstlauer and do something similar.
Who knows...
Wow, just wow. What a fantastic view!
Entering the park this year is going to have so much more of an impact on first time and revisiting guests alike. I know it'll definitely make an impact on me.

I assumed it would be 1.4. You've got Saw next door, a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter with a 1.4 restriction. Given that Speed: No Limits at Oakwood has a 1.25 (I think) restriction, doesn't that show that Thorpe have bumped Saw's restriction up a bit? Why wouldn't they do the same for Hyperia which is...
