Belgian theme park designer Eric Daman, the creative mind responsible for Phantasialand’s attractions, areas and hotels for the last 20 years from Colorado Adventure to Rookburgh, has passed away aged 58.
Coastersworld.fr user 'Ticatoc' has put together a detailed analysis of the planning permission documents.

One coaster track. The end and start is the first and second halves being marked. (The small space available here suggests the rumoured vertical launch could be true here at the mid-way point)
The first half seems to start indoors therefore isn’t shown since the document is about sound levels...
Extremely weird and doesn't seem as long as 1,600m when viewed as such. Bizarre. Be interested to see what elements are hidden in there.
The application document just discusses how the station buildings will include toilets and the maintenance hall will be on the former staff car park (mid way...
The gateway there is apparently only for vehicle and emergency access so will remain closed for now.
Black Mamba will be temporarily closed from Monday 25th April to Friday 29th April due to construction work for the new Adventure Trail in it's layout...
It is the same train refurbished and rebuilt by Mack.
Kinda crazy anyone would believe on such short notice, especially in the current climate, a whole new one could be built. Not to mention unnecessary when it just needs it’s issues solving.
Even British Isles isn’t really acceptable…
Nevertheless Tayto seem to have done a great job. Hopefully next year’s coasters continue to have this level of presentation.

- the tallest point of the coaster...
Sooooo that 3rd slide tower...
Roland Mack confirmed in last Thursday's season start press conference that they intend to open before the end of this year!
Construction is underway of the edge of the hall (beside Slide Tower 1 with the trap door drop slides and Duelling slides) and slide parts...
The park reopened today and from the Greek area it's easy to see the land that's been cleared. The curved top of the Flug des Ikarus flat ride sign is all that remains.

Of course that's not even all the space this project will use - as shown in...
The Lost Gravity plan is just a joking tease/troll to fans. The planning permission and marked out site extends all the way to the boundary road/roundabout before the car parks.
If it is a “moral of the story” thing - like Baron 1898 with ‘pride comes before the fall’ - I like that if done well.
Sponsorships of all kinds however can f*** off.
The first rope bridge is going in for the new Africa obstacle course/adventure trail.
Various platforms and theming pieces for the rest of the trail have appeared on the staff car park too.
It's quite funny to think 16 years after Black Mamba opened the park has gone back to the area and...
