Better than Stealth/Swarm at Thorpe and nemesis/ Wicker at Alton? High Praise indeed
10 rides with a rattle would do my head in but I am getting on a bit, how pronounced was it?
Very quick turnaround, surely means its only something minor. As much as there may be cultural differences between the US and Europe a company as big as Cedar Fairs at their premier park can't be taking anything other than minimal risks
Top 3
Infinity War-Loved this one, Thanos was great and the ending was just so unexpected and the interations between the characters were really fun
Thor: Ragnarok- Didn't expect anything of it but really enjoyed it, was fun throughout with great action scenes. Think Thor is slowly becoming my...
would totally agree with this as the current wooden coasters aren't great. A dive coaster is always good though and definitely have the look about them. Canadas Wonderland would be better getting rid of the gruesome twosome in the top corner rather than anything to be fair
You would hope the first new coaster since the pepsi max would give them a bit of an initial boost regardless but I suppose it depends on the ride quality. do you think the theming helps Wicker Man as I for one was really drawn in by it all?
Project 2020 will be very interesting, if its a hyper...
Does anybody think it could be a barren few years in the UK? We'd all love to see some big changes but I may being negative but I cant see any major coasters coming in the next couple of years. Think the most likely case is Flamingoland wasting more money on some project
Family Boomerang:
Ben 10- Drayton Manor
Normal Boomerang:
Bat Canadas Wonderland
Invertigo:
Invertigo Kings Island
SLC
Kumali- Flamingo Land
Infusion- Blackpool
Flight deck- Canadas Wonderland (the suckiest of sucky rides)
should add some from six flags new england in about 6 weeks but not...
My first coaster was the rollercoaster at Metroland in the UK
My 50th was Thirteen at Alton Towers
Im currently sitting on 98 with a visit planned to the North East of the US in June starting at a little place on Lake Erie where I'm missing 5 credits ( TTD, Blue Streak, Mine Train, Iron Dragon...
Maybe they could, thing is with something like that it could either make it brilliant rather than just alright but I would expect it would be a huge investment due to the size of the thing and it would be a very long term project
Only been on 2 and they were both class and are in my all time top 10 and easily the best woodies I have been on in my limited experience
Mystic Timbers just edges Wickerman for me as its a bit more thrilling though Wickermans theme brings it close
Has to be Valhalla for me, one of my all time favourite non coasters
On a slightly related topic can anyone remember a walk through haunted house at Flamingo land called Bloombergs tomb of terror as I thought that was great but it wasn't open very long? I know it is more of a walkthrough but...
might get another decent new coaster in another 20+years
Fantasy Booking as reality is sad
The dream would be get the grand national and/or big dipper the RMC treatment or at least some nice new track
Shame there isn't a Morgan to do a Phantoms revenge on the Pepsi Max as that would be class...
I would love to see a new coaster there as its one of only 2 parks within a 2hr drive of me, the current line up outside of velocity is just really poor. Would anyone trust those at Flamingoland to invest wisely even if they did invest?
Kumali, Mumbo Jumbo and Hero cost a combined 18M ( and...
