Who says the 1m was a typo. Paultons are using BPBs playbook and just measuring from random ****. It will be 237ft tall as measured in HALPCP (Height Above Local Pub Car Park)
Which in reality will be 1m taller than Hyperia
The year was a typo though. Didn't realise all this was about a 2026...
I wouldn't read anything into Michael being executive producer at all though. The Rest Is Entertainment podcast recently did a good Q&A about executive producers and what they actually do (often very little) that's worth a listen.
For this project it's almost certainly because Michael Mack is...
Just in case my review in the Hyperia thread left you in any doubt. In my opinion Hyperia is in no way the best coaster in the country.
Coaster wise what's there is pretty great but it's half a great experience. An astonishing drop and 3 great elements then it just ends. It's just leaves me...
I guess it depends to a large extent on the demographic of that population in the summer. For a successful park if guess you need a decent proportion of that influx to be families and not say rich business people with 2nd homes or the retired. (Neither of which probably have much of an interest...
The death of the rides at Flambards (and the fact those rides are the same rides I rode as a kid) suggests that even a small park down that end of the country just doesn't pull enough guests and make enough revenue to expand.

Walking into the park it's undeniable the ride has presence. It towers over the rest of the park and can be...
Another data point for the tourism doesn't necessarily mean good parks can be made with Portugal.
Portugal's a big tourist destination, with a much higher GDP than the Balkan countries and yet there isn't a proper park in the entire country.
Back in the Balkans there has been a long running...
Except Hollenblitz isn't a Schwarzkopf. It's mislabeled has his in quite a few sites but the great man himself had nothing to do with it.
Some ex employees at Stein did help with construction but not Schwartzkopf.
There's a good explanation in this thread...
Great as always. Always seemed like the ugly step child of the current Vinworld lineup to me. The older park has a less good lineup but an incredible location and plenty of other things to do. The newer park is the new hotness with a much better ride lineup.
This one is just kind of meh.
