The track is undergoing repairs in a number of places, and it has been going on since the end of the season. The ride is going nowhere.

The police may be called, but security can use no force, unless an actual crime has been committed. Refusing to leave, in itself, is not a crime, and in the video being discussed, they weren't even asked to leave, so no crime whatsover occurred, as the young idiots are well aware.
