I must say, I am VERY impressed with that concept art. They look like nice open trains and pretty comfortable to ride in. They look a bit like X-Cars, actually.
I admit, Everest wasn't a great choice for a top 10. I re-evaluated it after my visit to Disney last week. I stand by my choices for Great Bear and Storm Runner though. :P
I ordered all seven of them! :D
Lust > Sloth > Envy > Wrath > Gluttony > Greed > Pride for me.
Lust - I'd say this one is really really obvious for anyone to figure out.
Sloth - Lazy as ****.
Envy - Almost entirely due to relationships or people that are making something of their life...
I've been to two Cedar Fair parks, but this is going to pretty much be a Cedar Point top 5 pretty much because Dorney Park was so ****ing awful.
1. Maverick
2. Top Thrill Dragster
3. maXair (OP did say "rides", after all!)
4. Wicked Twister
5. Talon
If I could continue, I imagine that...
CCMR is quite possibly the WORST mine train I've ever been on. :?
Also, I'd have to say my nomination has to go for BTMR in Florida, but I haven't been on too many good mine trains. Trailblazer at Hersheypark is a pretty close second; it was fun and had a decent ending helix if I remember...
Well, Montu didn't really change my opinions of B&Ms much. It was pretty okay but nothing special. The batwing was cool though. I guess I'd place it under Batman, Great Bear, and Talon, but above Raptor and DD.
Phoenix at Busch Gardens in Tampa actually gave me stomach pains after I got off it. And I didn't even get to ride it, because it broke down and they evac'd me; after several minutes of the painful OTSR.
Holy ****, I didn't see the video until furie said this, but I agree with him now. I feel much safer in my roller coasters with their upstop wheels and whatnot. :)
Stood in the one at Great Adventure for like a half hour on a really hot day a few months ago. Why I waited that long for it when it's usually a walk-on, I don't know.
What I do know is I will never do it again. Read my lips; there is NO ventilation in that line.
Magic Kingdom for its awesomely themed rides and queues.
Six Flags Great Adventure for the awesome thrill rides.
Knoebels for the old historic theme park rides, the friendly atmosphere, and the food.
