Apart from the roman statues and the roman pillars around the lion it still gives off a spanish feel to me. Inside the tunnel its just bare wood and the supports holding it up just to inform anyone interested lol.
Nah this is a different ride.
A little confusing I know, but I didn't want to make 2 topics so I kept Crealy's other park in this topic.
This is the re-theme of Crealy in Devon, the El Pastil Loco is now called Maximus.
The coaster Morgawr is for Crealy in Cornwall and as of yet I can't...
El Pastil Loco re-theme: MAXIMUS...
Entrance to the ride
The station has added a couple roman statues
Lift hill with tunnel
Lion!
Nice to see they re-named the train
Showing off the new paint, tunnel, wall and sign
So nothing much has changed, the tunnel was a...
Yeah I found that site aswell, but there is another company doing a similar ride type and neither promote a 28 meter version, so I have no idea on manufacturer. I emailed the park asking for more info, but they haven't replied...
Wow, I knew there was going to be a tunnel but didn't expect that much re-theme. I have read somewhere that they have spent £1.6 million on new attractions and things for 2010 (I think thats between both parks though)
Also, this topic should just be changed to the Crealy's topic as I found...
"Morgawr the sea monster coaster is coming to Cornwall's Crealy! Opening may 2010!"
Source: http://www.crealy.co.uk/cornwall/index.aspx
(Not on RCDB yet! Also another fun fact, Morgawr is a mythical sea monster, similar to the Loch Ness monster but is a southern version said to be spotted...
Re: Rainbow MagicLand
Your wish is my command.
First of all here is a website containing some artwork and pictures of the park layout (including car park, golf course and hotel). There are also some statistics on the park and some videos showing some landscaping...
Are you on about those things you put your hand through the light?
So I guess the topic title could be changed? Maybe a construction topic should be started aswell... :)
Ok, that was unexpected.
Sounds pretty good in a weird way. The base they speak of is where the remote control boats used to be and I would rather have a spinny tower thing instead of boats anyday, so good on Flambards :)
Noise complaints, hence the soundproof box on top of the nice little jungle car.
I rode it without the cover so I quite liked it for such a park, but at the same time its nice to see it going. The queue was horrible, it was a really hot day and no shelter for a few hours just to ride the...
Well I only mentioned 1 attraction more for the public to be opened in 2010. A quick visit on their website http://www.flambards.co.uk/ indicates a potential other ride as the title describes more than 1:
"New Thrilling Attractions are planned for the 2010 main season!!
Watch this...
The only time I felt a little embarresed or out of place was an extremely busy day at Legoland windsor full of tiny kiddies. Didn't know where to place my eyes half the time...
I guess thats the main reason yeah.
Although on other select coasters (eg. Dueling Dragons) one train usually sets off before the other and then the lift hill sends info to their computers to work out the weight difference to speed one train up or down so they interact on the inversions at...
