I didn't find any roughness on it whatsoever on my rides a few weeks ago and I was sat on a wing seat most of the time. Maybe I just got on the smoothest train everytime.

To be honest I've always preferred Wodan towards the front, but I think I'm in the minority there. I'm glad you had a great time on your first visit and got plenty of rides in! Europa Park has so much to do that it's near impossible to ever get bored.
