Another coaster for SeaWorld San Diego

Only months after announcing Tidal Twister, SeaWorld San Diego confirmed a new B&M Dive Coaster will be coming to the park in 2020. At 153 feet (46.5m) tall, Mako will have almost 2,500 feet (762m) of track and a top speed of 60 mph (96.5 km/h), making it California’s tallest, longest and fastest dive coaster. Hersheypark’s sweet expansion for 2020

Hersheypark announced a new $150 million expansion called Hershey’s Chocolatetown will be coming to the park in 2020. The new 23 acre (93077m²) themed area will feature a new park entrance as well as a B&M (Bolliger & Mabillard) hyper coaster that will be the fastest, tallest and longest in the park! Apocalypse makes Last Stand

Six Flags America announced that their B&M (Bolliger & Mabillard) standup coaster, Apocalypse: The Last Stand, will be closing for good on September 8th, 2018. Canada’s Wonderland reveal 2019 coaster

Canada’s Wonderland revealed Yukon Striker, a massive B&M dive coaster opening in 2019. At 223 feet (68m) tall, 80 miles per hour (130 km/h), and 3,625 feet (1,105m) in length, it will be the world’s tallest, fastest and longest dive coaster. Valkyria opens at Liseberg

After many construction delays, Liseberg opens Valkyria. This Bolliger & Mabillard dive coaster reaches a height of 152 feet (47 m) and a speed of 65 mph (105 km/h) as it drops 164 feet (50m) through an underground tunnel. Toverland confirm B&M Flyer for 2018

If you thought that 2018 couldn’t get any better, think again! Toverland has finally confirmed rumours of a new roller coaster opening at the popular Dutch park in 2018. B&M Wing Coaster, ‘Fenix’, will be the centrepiece in a new themed land in the park called Avalon.Fenix will be built by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) and will be the longest B&M Wing Coaster – where riders sit beside the track – in Europe. The coaster will be 131 feet (40m) tall with a top speed of 59 mph (95 km/h) and feature three inversions. Click the headline for more information


Possible B&M Invert for Gröna Lund

Stockholm, Sweden

Gröna Lund has submitted a planning application for a B&M Invert roller coaster. The new coaster would be 112 feet (34m) tall and 2297 (700m) long, with a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h) and a ride time of approximately two minutes. If the plans are approved construction will begin in 2018 with the coaster opening in 2020.
The layout is designed around Insane, the Intamin ZacSpin coaster, with an underground station and a lift hill extending over the Biergarden in order to squeeze it into the compact waterfront park. Click the headline for more information
