^ That ride has the cars that were the inspiration for the looping coaster in RCT1. Just add that in there.

I presumed that was the old Schwartzy trains...:?

^ Surely it just depends what the element before/after the inversion is? Of course the entrance is going to be banked if it's just come out of a turn.

I always put the Vekoma/Arrow corkscrews having strange entrances/exits down to dodgy banking.

The inversion portion of Mystery Mine at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. It just looks like a tangled mess!

I actually have two. The first one is one of the two loops on the Texas Tornado at Wonderland Park in Amarillo, TX.

^^ The first rule of internet forums: read the thread before posting! :roll:

But the Steel Eel support is a good find. I wonder what the story is with that - as in, why is it unique to that ride? UC, care to explain?

I'm afraid that it might be awhile before we hear much from UC again. College is over for the summer & he's busy back working in Orlando. Even after the summer we might not see much of him since he'll be going to Uni in Germany.
We know you're having a good time, but we miss you already buddy.

Bummer. For all his argumentativeness, his posts are some of the most enlightening.

Maybe Loefet has something on this?

[EDIT] Found this, but didn't want to double-post.

On the Dueling Dragons at Islands of Adventure, the front car of each train has pink restraints, while the rest of the cars have restraints that match the car color.

Guess that's supposed to represent the dragon's tongue or something.

Unless there's some Germany in the USA I haven't heard of, people in the UK probably will be seeing much of him then, being so close an all!

^^As far as I remember, yeah, the pink restraints in the front rows of Dueling Dragons are supposed to represent a tongue.

The final turn up to Loch Ness Monster's brake run is not the original. When Arrow manufactured it they bent it so that it was a left turn, which didn't exactly work. It had to be remanufactured.

Supersonic Odyssey has some cool supports, and I love the way that it's one of the only 'major' indoor coasters out there that actually interacts with the building it's in.

People casually shopping/using elevators with the CRED doing a circut of the area... notice the supports attatched to the walls;
