Maaannnn! The Autosled is AMAZING!
Here's my POV of the one at Wild Water & Wheels.

The place is about an 1.5 hours east of Canada's Wonderland... It was 'closed' when I got there because of bad storms that had rolled past the area but they opened it for me (and gave me 3 rides) the guy at the end of my video, is the op / park owners son... who didn't wanna climb back down the stairs. It was honestly a lot of fun for a small ride, and had a surprise pop of air going into the first turn.

EDIT - And it is 100% a coaster credit!

So, Wiener Prater had a wooden side friction looping coaster that ended with a splashdown in the years after WWII. How to ensure riders' safety you may ask? Lock them in steel cages, ofc!

If these things still existed today I think I might even pass up the opportunity on getting the cred. Look at the state of it! **** me.

Is it a coaster?

Re: Weird, Wacky & Strange Coaster Bits

It just looks like an Alpine Coaster with themed cars. I'd count it.

Sorry to double post, but I found this thing whilst going through the RCDB randomizer:

http://rcdb.com/3050.htm

So it's an inverted coaster, where you lay in a cylindrical cage with no restraints besides some handlebars, and you just go through the course.

It's a very interesting ride indeed, and I see no reason not to call it a cred.

So apparently a restaurant owner in Italy made his own rides for his customers:

So random! Do they ride before or after the meal? The restraints on the first one look so sketchy! Would certainly be scared to ride that!

So, there was this sketchy looking looping coaster operating in the Russian city of Penza. It was a prototype from the local company partially based on the Cool Runnings ride in Moscow's Gorky Park (by the looks of things, that was a Jungle Mouse). It was built in the second part of 1970s and operated till the late 90s. Then, it was SBNO for a few years, before finally being torn down in the early 2000s. What strikes me as weird is the cars. They looked sketchy as something and there are was no visible restrain system apart from perhaps a seatbelt (which isn't visible in any of the photos).

Sadly, those are all of the photos I could find. I do wonder how the whole layout must've looked like, the ride seems to be quite large.

This is literally the best thread, love seeing the random weird coasters! Shame most of the earlier RCDB and Image links are broke. Keep up the weird coaster hunting aha

We have a video of that Chinese indoor coaster with the two janky looking loops. Ironically, the loops aren't even the worst bit!
I'd love to know what they were thinking with the transition out of the second loop and what the hell they were playing at with the corkscrew?!
Edit: It opens on December 18th, so if anybody is in the area and fancies a go...

That's beautiful, it's like some kid was playing with No Limits and someone in China just said yep, that will do. And just built it. <3

Oh my god that is hillariously bad. I'd love to see in the tunnel, it looks like even more janky **** is in there.
