I think the best thing about that site is it looks like lapbars. Also holy crap that picture. If it truly is that uphill for the barrel rolls gravity will do a decent braking job on it's own.

Also Wouldn't 68 MPH make it the 3rd fastest wooden coaster?

edit: Not to get into this debate but just my personal opinion...Inversion happens at 180 degrees. Head over feet. So a 179 degree banked turn wont cut it :lol: or a 153 for that matter. But still, crazy!

"Yee-har! Silver Dollar City today announced their new record breaking ride, a wooden coaster called "Outlaw Run".

When Outlaw Run opens in Spring 2013, it will feature the steepest drop - 81° - on a wooden roller coaster, will be the second fastest (68mph/109kph) wooden roller coaster in the world and, impressively, feature 3 inversions - two barrel roll inversions and a 153 ° outside banked turn.

The 87seconds long ride has a 162ft (49mtrs) drop built alongside a natural hillside and boasts nine airtime moments throughout it's 2,937ft (895mtrs) long track. The $10m ride is being constructed by Rocky Mountain Construction Group, who also built El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Outlaw Run will have a wild west theme, so saddle up and check out the video to the right and the gallery below."

Bizarro at SFNE and Superman at SFA. Unique to Intamin. Like what Intricks pointed out, this should ride like El Toro.
The only sad part is I'm not gonna go on it in the forseable future.

I'd love to have a Missouri trip: SF: St Louis, SDC, WoF.
Not to mention whatever else there is to do in the region. Would be a worthwhile trip IMO

We shall see if it will pull a Maverick. These are going uphill, so it may not be barreling through them at 50+ mph like it was for maverick.

The rolls are going to be fine, this is freaking awesome and RMC is now basically the Intamin of the woodies.
