SF Great Adventure Crowds

Hey guys ...
I'm going to be flying to the states in April before I start work at Cedar Point in May, and I was really wanting to go to Great Adventure .....
SFGA is open in April on weekends and through the week from 9th-13th ....
I was wondering what crowds are like during this time of the year?
Do alot of pple show up because the park has just opened for the year or is it generally quieter?
Im thinking of going on the 12th or 13th, which is the thursday and friday .....

Generally speaking, SFGAdv is very quiet during the month of April except during school Spring Break week, which is the only time the park is open on weekdays in April. So the park will be more crowded during the time you're planning your visit than other times in April & early May, but it won't be as crowded as on Spring Break weekends (April 7-8 & 14-15) or the summer months.
The queue lines shouldn't be too long (15-30 minutes), but the rides will be walk-on during the weekends of April 21-22 or 28-29.

I completely forgot that school in the US had spring break then so thanks for that tip!
