Just today, 2 supports, and 2 track pieces have been added, and they're about halfway down the second hill. It's raining right now, but once it clears up, I expect you'll see them heading up hill #3 in a few days.

According to the blog, the main lift support is topped off now. They're going to add the connection piece of the first big lift section to pull together the track and support. Then they'll start on the middle support and go from there. They also put up some pictures of them adding a few more...

Yep... it wasn't overly well-publicized and only operated for less then a month. They didn't particularly like to talk about it either. Jon and Steve only mentioned it in passing and I'm not sure what the real reason with it was considering it wasn't really needed (or, didn't really help)...

It doesn't actually take much rain to put MindBender and GASM under a little bit. Right now, the worst is going to be MindBender's 2nd loop, which sets very deep into a valley with the inclined helix. I'd expect probably 1/4 to 1/3 of that loop to be under now. This usually happens about once...

It may not be designed to, but the fact is that it does slow them down, like Ben said. I'd be surprised to find out if they didn't design the slowdown in.
