Probably A. I normally bring a small backpack and tend to carry the same stuff I do in my handbag plus a few extras.
So phone, purse, camera, keys, water, headache tablets, makeup, sunglasses, suncream (if its sunny) etc.
The story is doing the rounds again, it was trending on twitter earlier as "UK Disneyland", lol just no.
It's really frustrating that people still believe that this might happen.
I consider Thorpe to be my home park and I don't think I do judge it differently in all honesty. Although the operations and atmosphere can be a bit crap sometimes I do genuinely think it's a good park with a varied ride selection. I guess i'm probably a bit more optimistic when things are being...
I wouldn't class a coaster that is mostly outside as a dark ride coaster. It may have an indoor section, but to be considered as a dark ride then I would say the entire thing needs to be inside in a dark ride setting (so like the indoor coaster at Toverland still wouldn't count for example)...
Tower of Terror @ Hollywood Studios
Test Track @ Epcot
Dinosaur @ Animal Kingdom
Transformers @ USF
HP & The Forbidden Journey @ IOA
Hex @ Alton Towers
Droomvlucht @ Efteling
Mostly Disney and Universal but they really do "other" rides better than most. Also I just generally love drop towers...
Brilliant report Gavin, after seeing some of your photo's on FB i'm really looking forward to hearing about some of the culture stuff you got up to.
Those Pagoda night photos are stunning!
A couple that i've seen recently.....
La La Land
Thought I was gonna hate this after the first song but no it was brilliant. Even though it was a musical I felt like the music complimented it really well and wasn't like in your face breaking into song during a conversation style. Ryan Gosling...
Screaming Squirrels and Intamin Zacspins. To me, they don't even really feel like coasters and I don't see any redeeming or enjoyable factors about them.
SLC's are bad but at least they feel coaster-ish.
I've also had a Stealth horror dream, I dreamt that I was on the ride and the restraints failed so when it hit the brakes I went flying out. Woke up right at that moment.
That one stands out in particular, can't remember any more but probably dream of them all the time.
I agree with jayjay about Sky Scream, it looked like something I was going to hate but once I was on it I actually really enjoyed it. Odd but in a fab kind of way.
Shock at Rainbow Magicland, perhaps because I hadn't really heard much about it and everything else at the park was so mediocre, but...
I have 7!
Raptor Attack- Lightwater Valley
Enigma- Pleasurewood Hills
Brontojet- Movieland Park
Jetline- Grona Lund
Lisebergbanan- Liseberg
Scorpion- Busch Gardens Tampa
Olympia Looping - Travelling
I found a couple of the B&M's in Florida to be a bit much on my recent trip, most notably Kumba and Montu.
Wildfire also messed me up a bit last summer, though that may have been the ERT mixed with tiredness!
Oooh perhaps Toverland were watching our twitter chat last night and thought they'd surprise us all with a nice little announcement today ;)
What a great addition for the park though, the B&M wing coasters are the perfect example of something that's fun and thrilling but not too intense...
I'm 100% in! Frank can't make this now unfortunately :(
@Howie I'm also hoping to visit Phantasialand before the live....but i'm sure we can discuss that a bit closer to the time when things are confirmed.
