I have been really struggling to think of what a wooden coaster in a SeaWorld park could be themed/branded to. I thought maybe a shipwreck type feel? Abyss is a bit of a generic name, could work for a shipwreck theme or something else.

The leaked SeaWorld slide said April 2020 for this, but if they can get it done for the start of spring break in March that would be even better.
I'm excited for this now. Will be nice to get on another cred at BGT, never done one of these and they seem to get decent reviews. It's certainly a lot better than having Tidal Wave just rotting away.

I was really looking forward to this ride. I can't complain about the theming, but after seeing that test run I won't be in as much rush to experience it as I expected.
Yeah Steel Eel is an awesome ride, The Great White is still good but it's one of my least favourite B&M inverts.
Wave Breaker & Atlantis are good too, but they're family coasters really.
