Holy smokes, it's been over a year since the last update!
To be fair, we took yet another longer break from the project as it is really exhausting to build. However, with PlanCo 2 being close to being released, we decided to push this project to a release state before PlanCo 2 is released.
We...
As it is the time of the year again - I know that I can claim a maximum of 1 Scare Zone as a show; I suppose that contrary to that, Halloween Mazes do count as an attraction?
Their Family coasters are usually quite smooth, and their shaping was always good? I don‘t get your argument. It‘s a Gerstlauer, not a Golden Horse.
The only issue with Gerstlauer are their Thrill-coasters. With every new one, they flip a coin to see if it‘s going to be a smooth ride or if every...
I wouldn’t bet on it. I imagine that Europa is spending quite a bit of money on the ride, and Merlin is known to be very stingy. I mean, they didn’t even pay for a full Hyper coaster.
So, a Bit of an update:
I‘d say that at least 4 trains ride quite good, and 3 are still rough (that’s a guess, I haven’t counted). The rough ones are about as rough as the smoothest trains were on the outer seats in May.
They also started to sand down some parts of the track, which helps with...
I do agree, I also like that they display how long a ride has been down. But the amount of rides being down + the queues for the open ones are just crazy.
Those souvenir shops full of random stuff that has nothing to do with a park.
You are at a theme park, why would you want to purchase a pot plant? (Shoutout to Europa-Park)
People suddenly stopping in the middle of a path, preferably in groups and then spreading out as wide as possible.
People...
<tl:dr>
Am I free to use the season pass (with all parks addon) directly at any SF/CF park, or do I have to use it once at CP first?
Can I add addons (like FastLane) retroactively?
Does the passes include parking for all parks, or just Cedar Fair parks?
Long version:
Hi everyone,
After having...
Voltron is more susceptible to bouncing, due to the wider trains and especially the way the outer seats are connected to the chassis. Additionall,TRTHBTL doesn't hit 4g throughout the the ride, while Voltron does. Higher forces usually cause more vibrations to occur.
But as I mentioned, Voltron...
It's gotten significantly smoother between my visits in mid-July and mid-August. The worst seats went from "OMG, this might be the worst coaster ever" to "Ok, it is rough, but bearable" - which is a huge step into the right direction. Apparently, they are still working on the ride to get it...
This is a bit of a stretch, but I might give it a shot:
Do (legally obtained) POV videos count in the ORP catergory? Yes, I am not visible on the video (hopefully), but it is kind of a proof of a ride. Like kinda.
If yes: Do Force POVs give extra points? ;-)
What does the new for 2024 scoring look like for completely redone rides? Like Dinosaurs -> Indiana Jones, or in this case the Geisterschloss at Europa Park being transformed into Castello de Medici. The ride system itself isn’t new, but pretty much everything else is and it is being advertised...
Wow, I seriously didn't expect to sneak up to fourth place. I am afraid that I won't be able to keep up that pace I did in Q2. But I will try anyway :-)
