I believe the new coaster is still on the cards! I visited the park a few weeks back, and no progress, so definitely won't be 2025. Most likely 2026/27.
It's planned to be located where the Flying Island ride is now and the surrounding land. Not sure if the Flying Island will be removed or...
Lots of cryptic tweets! They're clearly somewhat in the know, having 'speculated' about Shipwreck Coast and the waterpark project months in advance. Glad to see a vampire retrack is on the cards and there's consistent significant investment lined up.
... you wait ages for one, then two or...
I have to say I disagree. The only benefit of that one is obviously the capacity, but other than that it would just be a lackluster version of Swarm down the road. At least Mandrill has the launch (which I've seen described by staff online as better than Icon's!), the added thrill of going...

The amount of theme park accidents in this country over the past few years has been absolutely staggering. I'm seriously starting to question how I can continue to reassure friends/family that rides are indeed fully safe... thoughts to all involved.
Well not really… just one of the social media team replying to someone on Facebook…
I am still under the impression they’re looking at bringing it back. Yes, time will tell!
