not sure if it's been posted anywhere else but here seems most appropriate: Storm Dennis has flooded Drayton Manor leaving the park looking pretty - uh - damp?

    Phantasialand | F. L. Y. | Vekoma Launched Flying Coaster

Has it been confirmed that the portal/front facade is actually finished? I can imagine them continuing to tweak it and add little bits for a while yet.

the fact they've got a residual land value suggests they could be close. You don't put a figure down for the land until you've got all your other costs and paperwork lined up. Hopefully there is good news there. Obviously I am being wildly optimistic after this projects track record but am keen...

    Your biggest positive surprise?

Yeah I think mine was balder - all my nerdy friends go on about helix but it really isn't all that - Balder is by far a more enjoyable ridiculous ride and it sits at the back so shy and timidly that you don't expect it to do what it does.

Europa Park | Rulantica | Waterpark

Fairly sure they had 3 phases planned from when they broke ground. They've definitely had forms of expansion in mind since we heard anything about it. Quite cool to see just how large scale they want to take it though!

    Working at Europa Park

Hi! For context applications weren't open until about December time when I went, and I believe similar for last year. I didn't apply until the end of January! I doubt there is much need for panic or rush yet, just keep an eye on the website and on the specific facebook pages and I'm sure when...

Your Credit Approach at a New Park

B kinda best example I can think of is Liseberg - went there, didnt bother with the kiddie creds or a lot of the flats just because they do not interest me at all - but also rather goofily waited until the end of the day for my most anticipated new cred just so it could've 'warmed up'. That's...

    Theme Park Maps

Actually studied this before (whilst studying 'travel' I took the opportunity to slightly rebrand and polish Hansa Park's stuff, including their website and map, albeit at a 17 year old, amateur, new to photoshop level). A good map is one that, as stated, has clear paths and shows you where the...

Universal's Epic Universe Announced! New Orlando Resort!

A few things can be derived from this. 1. Wow. 2. Is that 2/3 indoor areas? Crazy total immersion in each bit super cool fun. 3. 3 New coasters in 1 area, and supposedly the httyd area? Amazing. 4. Holy cow how many bottle necks are there? Idk the capacity of universal parks, and idk how this...

What theme park's entrance is your favourite?

Is Six Flags New England a weird one to chuck in there? Vividly remember walking down the path from the entrance building with these really cool colonial structures either side, and sprawling messes of steel surrounding the horizon in the distance, with Superman crown and centre (even tho I...
