Interesting New S&S Concept At Factory.

The same way they are going to have seats locked all the way up the lift hill until they reach the apex when cars are inverted to free them before the main drop. I think it's quite clever to do it, as you can dispatch trains with locked seats and having a vertical lift with an inversion at the...

Busch Gardens Tampa | Iron Gwazi | RMC Gwazi

Oh my, I didn't know LEGO had a RMC in store for next year! Well done, Legoland Florida!

Kings Island | Orion | B&M Giga Coaster

The trains look a bit bland to be honest. I get it: the coaster has plenty of shades of blue but these trains just look... meh?

Tripsdrill | Unknown | Vekoma STC & Family Boomerang Coaster

Vekoma is not what it used to be. They seem to have steered from rough and bland to more creative and exciting, along with a better manufacturing process. If we are talking about hardware and groundwork, a solid Vekoma can be around 5 million euro. Not cheap but not too expensive, I think.

Tripsdrill | Unknown | Vekoma STC & Family Boomerang Coaster

If RCS are involved, construction will just fly. These guys know how to put coasters together fast.

Linnanmäki | Taiga | Intamin LSM Launch Coaster

So, when is Linnanmäki going to update and extend Taiga? Not saying anything but... JUNKER XD Come on, Linnan, FIGHT BACK!

    PowerPark (Finland) to Modify Junker??

Wasn't the original X-Car concept meant to have extensions starting from a really basic layout (Ukko, for instance)? That never came to fruition although the first extension was first introduced from day 1 on Abismo at PAM. I am REALLY loving how butt-hurt a park must be to extend a coaster...

SFMM | West Coast Racers | Premier Quad Launch Möbius Sky Rocket

SFMM, shame on you. Energylandia would have built 3 coasters in the time span that you have built WCR. I guess they don't need new attractions next year, do they?

    Horrorland 2019

Last year, Horroland debuted as southern Europe’s first scream park to rave reviews, which got them the award for Best European Independent Event. Unfortunately for me, in 2018 I was unable to attend yet my expectations sky-rocketed reading reviews of people who visited it. This year 4 friends...

    What's Your Favourite Madhouse?

Apparently Le Défi du Cesar at Asterix is really elaborate with a ton of effects and varied preshows that help you get into the ride's backstory. I, myself, haven't been on it though. 1. Hex (obviously) 2. Fluch von Kassandra - Europa Park 3. Hotel Embrujado - Parque Warner (back when all the...

    Energylandia's Future Additions

Well, it could be a clone of Gardaland's mine train. After all, that one is almost a replica of the original two-lift model with an extended portion and an additional lift hill... If it's a custom model AND on top of this it has some kind of switch tracks, colour me interested!

    Energylandia's Future Additions

At this rate, manufacturers will have to come up with new coaster concepts to keep Energylandia spending their EU-money on them. Jeez, these people can't seem to stop building coasters on top of coasters. I am sure this park will be a case study in upcoming years.

Six Flags Offers Bid to Purchase Cedar Fair

Is it April 1st yet? Of all the case scenarios this is the last one I could picture. If anything, I think Cedar Fair could potentially buy Six Flags. After all, wasn't once Six Flags on the verge of bankrupcy because they tried to bite more than they could chew? Plus, as others have mentioned...

Weird, Wacky & Strange Coaster Bits

I know it's nice to break some worl records but this slide was seriously boring. I have seen shorter tube slides with much more aggressive turns... This one was just turn, turn, straight bit, rinse and repeat. I know it must be hard to control the dynamics of a tube slide that long so that it...
