Six Flags Saudi Arabia(?) | Saudi Arabia | Theme Park

And that’s the exact reason I think it’s likely this won’t happen, it’ll start construction and then stall because it’s way too ambitious, with little to no demand for the project, like many previous projects have in the past in this region.

It’s been laying there for ages.

Thorpe Park | Project Exodus | Mack Hyper Coaster | 2024

I’m not sure I fully agree with this, the length of Wicker Man is mentioned all the time, it’s my main reason why I don’t really rate it and for a lot of my friends outside of the coaster community too.

Luna Park Sydney | New Area & Park Overhaul | 2021

I still can’t get over how insanely close it gets to those apartments… I’m sure the lower level tenants are thrilled to step onto their balcony and have a roll coaster break run eye level with them. [emoji38]

Thorpe Park | Project Exodus | Mack Hyper Coaster | 2024

I’m surprised people are actually impressed with this? The amount of wasted potential is crazy, why is it so short? Absolutely nothing at Thorpe has a decent length to it, I don’t know why I excepted more from Merlin and Thorpe because realistically we should’ve know this was going to be a...

    IAAPA 2021

I don’t think the actual ride itself is for Daniel’s Wood Land, it looks like they’re just doing the theming for it.

Paultons Park | Farmyard Flyer | Custom Zierer Force | 2022

Nobody is saying the coaster is amazing though, that’s the thing, people are complimenting how brilliant the theming is… And rightly so!

Thorpe Park Fright Nights 20th Anniversary

Honest question, why? I can fully understand getting a total like that on a genuinely good scare maze, that isn’t £10 a go, but really why so many times? Surely doing the same scare attraction so many times completely looses any element of surprise, not like Platform has many to begin with…

Thorpe Park | Project Exodus | Mack Hyper Coaster | 2024

Their really isn’t any evidence of this though, the attendance figures published every year are never 100% accurate and going by this year, that report seems to just be making the figures up. Thorpe is a pretty well performing park in the grand scheme of things, it does a lot better than most...

    Universal Studios Beijing | 2021

One thing I can’t get my head around is why does this ride need platforms right along the layout, yet non powered suspended coasters don’t? How does that make any sense? It crazy that Universal didn’t challenge this crazy over the top regulation or scrap this ride, because it’s essentially...

    Six Flags Fiesta Texas | Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger | B&M Dive Coaster | 2022

You were saying?… In all seriousness though, it’s brilliant to see B&M trying something new and going beyond vertical, hopefully it adds some power back into the dive machines first drop again! I’m hoping it has the older style restraints but going from the concept art, it’s looking very...

    CoasterForce COVID-19 Vaccination Poll

The same happened to my neighbour, it look around 2months for her face to go back to normal again, I can’t comment on whether she’s had her 2nd jab though.

Why has the UK seemingly been unable to top Nemesis?

I think it’s honestly that enthusiasts hold onto nostalgia. I’d argue that The Smiler is the better ride of the two in the park, more well liked by the general public too. Then you have the likes of Icon what I’d say is considerably better than Nemesis, but it really does come down to...

Are the seats on Colossus particularly small?

They’ve change the restraints slightly this season too, my partner who has always managed to fit on Colossus and had to do the walk of shame last week, despite him slightly loosing weight since last season. He’s 6ft6 so it’s always been a squeeze but this year is even more unforgiving!

    Coaster with the strongest smell?

Has to be Wickerman for me, it’s the only coaster that I know the smell of without actually being next to it. The smell pods they use has such a strong and distinct smell... I guess it does also help that I’ve the oil for it from Aroma Prime though haha.

    Blackpool Pleasure Beach: Future Predictions

Was last season actually as much as flop as your making out for them? The summer was insanely busy, a lot busier than I’ve seen it previous years, despite the ‘restricted’ capacity. I do think that last year would have been tough in the closed months for them but whilst they were actually...
