The UK travel restrictions have been a pain, but we've managed to get a few trips in!
Like most things it's down to your personal opinion, its only embarrassing if you find it embarrassing. More often than not the people who operate these smaller coasters are understanding of enthusiasts and their love of a Wacky Worm. I've ridden 116 coaster in the UK (most of which could be...
Alongside the mentioned parks like Towers, Pleasure Beach and Thorpe I'd highly recommend a trip down to Paultons. Its the best UK family park by far and Tornado Springs is looking fantastic. Plus if you've got time in the afternoon you could always head over to Portsmouth for a few Pier creds...
I've spent the day at Thorpe but unfortunately I was left feeling disappointed by the experience. In some areas they've done very well, there are plenty of hand sanitisers around the park and clear signage explaining the procedures they've put in place. The retail areas were also well looked...
Work walls have gone up and construction is underway. From Mia's Riding Adventure you can see they're alredy preparing the land and laying new pipes. Looking forward to watching this project come together!
The Alton Towers website says that Coke Frestyle will be coming to the park for the 2020 season. I was hoping this would happen after the success they had at Thorpe Park. Maybe we'll also see it at Chessington soon.

I'm not going to jump to conclusions about what this means, but both this image and the intalizing for 2020 message have me feeling like they could be teasing something with a...
It looks like the recent planning application for the redevelopment of Adventure Land has been approved. The new Lego Movie area is set to include the UK's first flying theatre, two family drop towers, a new children's play area and the re-theme of squid surfers.
Although it won't come close to...
Its a tie between Hero at Flamingo Land or Condor at Walibi Holland. being the first SLC constructed its strongly in need of a swift bulldoze, quickly followed by the rest of them. Hero could be made slightly less horrendous by the use of a full body bubble wrap suit.
I didn't even realise there was one in Phantasialand, will have to try it when I go back for FLY next year.
1) Hex - Alton Towers
2) Haunted House Monster Party - Legoland Windsor
3) The Haunting - Drayton Manor
4) Merlin's Castle - Walibi Holland
