all I can say is Hell yeah That looks incredible Also yeah I think the green is ugly. This feels like a ride where the track should have some sort of lighting package, it just feels right for something called Starfall Racer. Imagine the trains and track lighting up as it duels at night

Yeah very much this. Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain at Indiana Beach is this for me. I visited a bunch as kid, riding it when it was a dark ride before the coaster conversion. Just kooky and weird and fun in all the right ways.

Well, sucks that it was such a lemon wrt roughness, but that layout all steel?? Will be an incredible ride if the profiling and elements remain the same.

I think you’re right that they’re barely noticed, and also I imagine they can be pretty egregious and not have any real impact on customer visits unless the parks cheapen overall experience. Again, thinking of sports, nearly every stadium in the professional leagues has a sponsor these days...

Seeing how so many parks and chains have pulled back on spending on big rides, I wouldn’t be surprised if selling naming rights became more and more commonplace in order to fund big coasters, not all that dissimilar from all the sports stadiums naming rights. Seems like something right up six...

Considering people are still riding the smiler without reservation, and a coaster like Mindbender stayed open for years after its accident and didn’t spell disaster for its park, Carowinds/Cedar Fair are completely fine. This isn’t a biggie at all. Not even an injury to report.

Yeah, 74 mph is what a lot of hyper coasters just over the 200ft drop mark make speed-wise, so that momentum should only take the train around halfway up the top hat
