Interesting, this all came out of nowhere! I'm surprised that Vortex is chipping and not Anaconda at Kings Dominion or any of the Cedar Fair Corkscrews - they get much worse reviews. I'm going to believe that they will keep some parts as spares for the other Arrow loopers in the Cedar Fair chain.
Its been poorly received by all enthusiasts and most of the GP, not to mention that its horrifically unreliable. It would make little sense to keep maintaining such a bad ride. Nevertheless, there's probably some park out there that would be dumb enough to buy it!
The fact that that its been...
Nemesis - Probably the most intense Coaster I've ridden
Nemesis Inferno - Not as intense as its older brother, but is still an intense and fun ride
Black Mamba - Bit of a disappointment, not nearly as forceful/whippy as the two above and it feels very shaky.
Crikey! If I'm going back to Europa Park next year it would be criminal not to visit this park!
These additions will surely turn what seemed like a small, quaint park into a serious competitor in the German scene and since these are Vekomas, the hardware can't cost much more than €10 million.
