As someone with an interest in railway history and preservation (I'm also active as a volunteer at a local heritage railway here in the Netherlands), I must admit I'm quite pleased to see how they've done this.
When the park first announced their plans to convert the steam locomotives to run on...
Come to think of it, I had this exact thing happen to me twice with the Vekoma Boomerangs at Walibi Holland and Belgium. Going into the cobra roll on the way back I got such a hit on my neck that I had trouble turning my head for a good two weeks, multiple appointments at the physiotherapist...
Storytime!
About a month ago I was at Universal Studios Japan. What a place. It was my first time at a big boy park like Universal, Disney, etc, so it was quite a lot to take in. I was expecting it to be a difficult day to enjoy because of the insane crowds this place pulls in March, however I...
In my eyes they already were the best pick for these coaster projects, however this ride absolutely reaffirmed it. The only company that's a serious competitor to Gerstlauer in this market is Vekoma with their relatively new LIM coasters, the rest of the industry is playing catch-up (or aim for...

Well the coaster had bright red track and blue supports when it was constructed for Energylandia. It seemed like these colours would be kept when it was brought over to SFM, possibly with a Harley Quinn theme which would've worked very well with those colours. However, now the supports are gray...
Do we know when and where these trackpieces and supports were repainted? The parts that arrived in Mexico still had the brighter shade of red on the track, I'm unsure if any supports had already been delivered when it was redirected north to Ohio.
