September 26, 2017 – If you thought that 2018 couldn’t get any better, think again! Toverland has finally confirmed rumours of a new roller coaster opening at the popular Dutch park in 2018.
‘Fenix’ will be the centrepiece in a new themed land in the park called Avalon. Fenix will be built by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) and will be the longest B&M Wing Coaster – where riders sit beside the track – in Europe. The coaster will be 131 feet (40m) tall with a top speed of 59 mph (95 km/h) and feature three inversions. Theme park music gurus IMAscore will be creating the soundtrack. Toverland, B&M and IMAscore…it all seems like a perfect combination for a great coaster!
