I'm sure there's a term for this, but I don't know it.

What do you call it when a coaster jolts you out of your seat at a forty-five degree angle -- sort of half-upward and half-sideways?

Some coasters I experienced this on: Invadr, Grizzly (KD), The Comet (SFGE), Boulder Dash. I'm sure there are many more.

It's a banked/twisted airtime hill I guess.

I usually say 'sideways airtime', not sure if there's a consensus around that one. Experienced it on Lech Coaster, Formula 1, Wicked Cyclone and... Apollo's Chariot

If there's anything you'll experience it on it would be Steel Vengeance. However, I've experienced it mostly on Mystic Timbers.

Yeah, I haven't experienced this on Mystic Timbers, at all. The biggest culprit of this is Taron, after the first 'straight' hill (first launch).
