2nd Gen Reverchon Spinning Wild Mice

I mean, I'm really not sure what the history is. :D Take it with a pinch of salt

2nd Gen Reverchon Spinning Wild Mice

Yeah I was under the impression the drawings for the Spinning Mouse were sold to Zamperla, but then again, the Reverchon website has remained active and lists the Spinning Mouse.

What was your first coaster with an inversion?

    Umm, Tsunami at M&D's (RIP)

    Flamingo Land | Sik | Intamin 10 Inversion Coaster | 2022

It could be the one currently "under construction" in Malaysia, I have not seen any construction update so maybe they sold it on? Sure it would fit, but I think a medium sized wooden coaster would suit the park much better

What is your favourite Vekoma SLC?

I have been on four: Odyssey: not bad, the extra height helps. The ride quality is fine, but the experience was a little dissappointing Kumali: I haven't ridden it in years but I remember it being pretty good Infusion: I skipped it on my most recent trip to Blackpool. I came off with a sore...

    Rollercoaster loops

I think a pretzel loop is similar to what you're talking about. An upside-down vertical loop would look more squashed, as the bottom would need to curve less tightly than the top to keep forced on riders in check. I'm sure someone else can explain it better. Done right, I imagine it would be...

    Elusive Intamin first generation Freefalls

Yep, most of the sources I used are either on the Freefall page or on the individual ride pages so do check those out. Plus there's the ever helpful reference list, though after being reminded of its existence I realised I had it in my Google Drive. I can't find it on the Intamin website any...

    Elusive Intamin first generation Freefalls

Damn I'm hoping to visit Taiwan in January, you had me excited to ride it... but thanks very much for that, I'll check that out tomorrow. As well as Demon Drop, Nagashima Spaland, Himeji Central Park and Rustsu Resort definitely have operating Freefall rides (at least, they are listed on the...

    Elusive Intamin first generation Freefalls

Thanks everyone, I'll add some more info here: The Intamin reference list has only fourteen Free fall rides. The fourteenth (missing from my list) operated at Space World (RIP). This free fall was half-mentioned in a post on TPR ("I think Space World had one but it's long gone now" or something...

    Elusive Intamin first generation Freefalls

No problem, a friend saw it and sent me a copy of Intamins reference list, which I'd forgotten was public until now. So I think I can complete it :D

    Elusive Intamin first generation Freefalls

Hi all, sorry if this isn't suitable for this forum. I'm working on a list of first generation Freefall rides, located on the Tilt-A-Wiki/Flat Ride Wiki website (disclosure: I am an admin here). According to the Intamin website, fifteen were built. So far I've recorded thirteen of them and I...

Genting SkyWorlds | Malaysia | Theme Park

Thanks for pointing that out, was on my phone at the time so dodn't read it through :) This seems very petty of Disney, but to be expected I guess. Universal Studios isn't less family friendly because there are casinos nearby.

Genting SkyWorlds | Malaysia | Theme Park

Thanks for the update, That's strange. If Disney acquires Fox they will profit from Genting group licensing their property... unless Disney is planning a theme park in Malaysia? I'm not very familiar with this project. I was hoping it would be open by May next year (when I leave Asia) but that...

    Favourite coaster in Florida?

Kumba... but I'm missing Mako, Incredible Hulk and anything Disney so it's maybe not the "best" but it's my favourite

That's been there for a while. Hopefully they will get it running next year!

    Parkitect Theme Park Sim

Yeah, I think it can be made to run on Linux but not out of the box. Or something. To be honest I'm not a gamer, I think most games need Windows to work. Parkitect actually works out of the box on Linux so it's a reason why one may purchase it outside of Steam :)

    Parkitect Theme Park Sim

    Doesn't run on Linux :D

    Parkitect Theme Park Sim

You can buy it outside Steam. Or at least it was possible when I did it a few years ago :)

    The Maccy D's Thread.

I always order the same thing because it's the only one I can eat: 5SGD veggie burger meal. Makes ordering much easier, no "hacks" involved! Our McDonalds still has an old fashioned counter so most of these hacks won't work.
