Yeah I usually do the scoot-forward. Did it on Taron on my first ride and thought I was going to die on the first airtime hill. I do know the risks associated with this, so I think it's important not to take the p*ss, but I think edging forward an inch or so isn't too bad as long as you're cautious.
I know it's for kids but it actually looks so so dull? Give me a double height Tikal and I'll be queueing hours for it. Also can't shake the view that it all looks a little plonked... It's just one structure with nothing else around it. Looks odd to me but perhaps that was the intention!
I did think this, and the lights are definitely most of the issue, but I would have liked just a little something there! This feels like Air tunnel 2.0 (but with a seemingly superior ride)
The mine train/hyper comparison is spot on. Both similar in design and, in The Big One's case, equally as dull! Nice observation though Matt, never even made the connection in my head until you said it!
Yeah I'm not a huge fan of that POV (no shade) but it does look rather fab! Hoping they do something with the horrid concrete at the start but not too much of a loss if not!
Might be unpopular but the aesthetics of this entire ride do not fit in the Magic Kingdom for me... Just feels a bit wrong? Can't help but feel Future World at Epcot would have been a better fit, looks wise.
